Azienda Agricola Bressan
Simona Bressan farm in Borgo Sabotino (Latina) was born at the beginning of 1949 thanks to the will of Igino Bressan.
Initially the company was mainly involved in the production of vegetables and only in a later phase did it successfully choose to devote itself to the cultivation of the Pleurotus mushroom.
The geographical position of the Company, with its proximity to the sea, is a favorable element to offer the Pleurotus mushroom the mild climate conditions necessary to guarantee its growth even during the coldest winters.
This feature, combined with continuous technological innovations, has allowed the Simona Bressan farm to refine each phase of the production process, which is carried out entirely internally, in order to increase the quality of the final product.
