The association of social promotion "Ops! Cambio di Rotta" was born to help people with disabilities in building a better future once their families are no longer able to give them a proper support. Roberta Bertolatti, Federica's mother, and a group of founding members, parents and volunteers have joined forces and skills to empower the kids with disabilities. We protect the identity of each individual and his family, we support the centrality of the person, not only with the assistance but with the ongoing development of the skills fundamental to guarantee a dignified and respectful life.

All the projects of our Association aim to promote the autonomy, the enhancement of the skills, abilities and potential of the person with disabilities, through paths and projects of autonomous and non-autonomous living, oriented to the growth and development of personal, social and pre-work skills. It is a real "Academy of life".

That's why we want to work today, to respond to the many families who wonder who will take care of their children when they are no longer there.

We want to be able to respond to these families by offering a new awareness: IT IS POSSIBLE TO REALIZE a supported autonomy, through which to live the future as PROTAGONISTS. It takes consistency, perseverance and commitment. Only in this way the words may coincide with deeds.

This will be an innovative push of Ops! Cambio di rotta!

We aim for excellence and not for assistance, because we want to work starting from the acquired skills, taking into account the potential of the kid with disabilities. All our projects aim at autonomy and social integration. We ask a little effort to the whole COMMUNITY.
