Leonardo is a 9 years old boy with a dream in his heart: to return to the tatami as a champion!

Sport, especially for the little ones, in the last two years has been a great challenge that has been contrasted with the many, too many restrictions and the impossibility of living a social life. School in DAD, creaky work for many families, the closure of gyms, slowed social activity, friendships and new frozen experiences. All while our children stopped growing and nurturing curiosity and practicing sport.

Only one outlet: social media and TV for a generation that wants redemption, to be reborn! Nothing to do with the memories of the school that we adults have, nothing to do with the sporting life we ​​have always been educated to. Yet there are many little ones who harbor dreams and we adults are called to build bridges for realization. And so Leonardo discovered karate, the martial art that fascinates him a lot and even if with rigid protocols, allows him to socialize with other children, comparing and sharing with them the passion that unites them, effort, joy, satisfaction and desire. to “kick” restrictions and monotony by turning them into medals.

Leonardo today can resume the practice of karate and wants to return to the mat defending his titles. And so, his enthusiasm has infected many children and this year there will be a series of competitions where the best thing will be to be all together, share emotions, victories and, why not, defeats.

We need your help. We need it because the joy and smiles of many athletes who practice karate today collide with the economic crisis of families and many children who, torn from the risks of the road and of a "virtual" everyday life made up of PCs and smartphones, cannot realize the dreams of competing. We are putting our effort into it but we also need yours to help Leonardo and many other kids to get off the mat to redeem their daily lives.

What we ask you to support, through this campaign, is a paltry expense for you but important for Leonardo and his friends given the national competitions to be tackled: the journey! Renting a bus has significant costs but with your support we will be able to involve all the children and young people of the team. The bus is ready, let's start it and kick the non-real life of PCs and smartphones in favor of a life of sport!
